Learn the difference between available, reserved, and settled credits.
Know the quote before you start
After the video check, review the exact output dimensions and fixed credit quote. Selecting 4K requests a fresh quote; the app never silently upgrades your selection.
Reservation and settlement
Submission reserves the quoted credits, and completion settles them. A confirmed failure releases the reservation. An uncertain provider outcome stays under reconciliation; repeatedly submitting the same clip will not accelerate it.
Quotes expire
Refresh an expired quote before starting. Changing the resolution also requests a new quote. Use the latest quote to judge the cost. Payments are not enabled during the preview; planned packages are not currently purchasable.
Pick up where you left off
Once processing starts, refresh the page or visit My videos. Progress is stored on the server, so you do not have to keep watching the same tab.
