Welcome to VideoUpscaler. These terms describe the current preview features.
1. Invitation preview
The service is available only to invited users with test credits. Purchases are not enabled. Availability, supported formats, and limits may change during testing.
2. Your uploaded content
Upload only videos you have the right to use and process. Do not submit sensitive personal information or material unsuitable for cloud and third-party processing.
3. AI-generated results
AI processing may introduce artifacts or alter details. Higher resolution does not guarantee recovery of true detail. Review results before use and keep the original version.
4. Credits and job status
An accepted job locks the quote and reserves credits. Delivery settles the reservation; a confirmed failure releases it. Uncertain provider outcomes remain under reconciliation. Deleting a completed result does not refund settled credits.
5. File retention
Sources are accessible for 24 hours and results for 7 days. Save files within those periods. Deletion stops new access and triggers background storage cleanup.
6. Before commercial launch
Complete commercial terms, operator information, and billing rules will be provided before paid launch. The pricing page shows planned packages, not an active subscription or payment service. Send preview issues to the project owner who invited you.
