Use the best original export you have. The video enhancer accepts MP4, FLV, TS, AVI, MOV, WMV, and MKV files up to 10 GB. Copies from messaging or social apps may already contain compression artifacts or missing detail; enlargement cannot recover information that was lost.

Review the current quote
Review the selected mode, output size, quoted credits, and available balance together. A changed setting can change the quote, so use the latest amount shown before starting.
Starting a task reserves the quoted credits. A completed task settles them; a confirmed failure releases the reservation. Wait for reconciliation before submitting a duplicate.
Watch the result before keeping it
Compare the original and output at the same timestamp and a similar viewing size. Watch moving scenes at normal speed; a crisp still can hide flicker, unstable edges, or changing textures.
Download the MP4 and play it in the editor or device where you plan to use it. Keep the source beside the result.
